Michael and Anna Oatman

The Oatman family have had a calling to Alaska for several years. Anna served at Victory on the Program Team for the summer of 2019. They are excited that the Lord is now calling them to serve at Victory full time!

They come from Reno, NV where Anna has been serving as the Children’s Director at their church for over 8 years. Michael has also volunteered with both the children’s and men’s ministries. They have two girls, Ellie and Kylie, who are looking forward to living the camp ministry life.

Anna will be serving as an Administrative Assistant as well as lending her talents to the Program Team. Michael will be volunteering in the auto shop and the shooting range. They are eager to begin serving at Victory and being part of using camping ministry to share the gospel with the next generations.

Psalm 78:1, 4-7:

“Give ear, O my people, to my teaching; incline your ears to the words of my mouth! … Tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and His might, and the wonders that He has done … which He commanded our fathers to teach to their children, that the next generation might know them, the children yet unborn, and arise and tell them to their children, so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments.”
