Daniel Roberts

Daniel “Zamboomafoo” Roberts, an Alaskan with deep roots at Victory, is thrilled to enter his new role as S.A.L.T. Director and camper follow-up coordinator. His connection with Victory dates back to his childhood when he accepted Christ at Victory Bible Camp at the age of 11. Since then, Daniel has dedicated 20 years to volunteering with Victory in various capacities.

Daniel’s experience in Christian ministry has been diverse, including working with Youth For Christ Alaska, participating in a youth internship at Community Covenant Church in Eagle River, and pursuing higher education at Ecola Bible College (Oregon), Moody Bible Institute (Illinois), and Grand Canyon University (Arizona).

One of Daniel’s hopes is to build a bridge from the summer camp experience to the local church. He desires to get campers plugged into a local church. “My true hope is that we can design a program that the church can use to further the amazing work God did at Victory during the summer.”

If you spend any time with Daniel, you will quickly learn he loves God, loves people, and loves to see others connect with their Savior in a life-changing way. “I am so excited to be a part of the amazing work God is doing at Victory. God is moving, and I’m excited to see what He has in store.”

God’s graciousness is not totally removed from any individual during this lifetime. In hell, it is.
