Peter grew up in a Christian home in Kansas and became serious about his faith in middle school. He served in children’s ministry with Child Evangelize Fellowship most summers during high school. He loves camping and just about anything outdoors. After high school Peter went to His Hill Bible School in Texas for a year. The next year he attended The International ALERT Academy in Texas were he was trained in emergency rescue. He has since had a variety of work experiences including landscaping, Cabela’s outfitter, and Corrections officer.

Peter first came to Victory as a S.A.L.T Counselor in 2021 and again as a ranch counselor in 2022. In 2024 he decided to move to Alaska due to a love for the mountains and because of the great spiritual need in Alaska. Peter volunteered in Victory’s maintenance department during the summer, and then decided to stay on full time.
