About Victory

Our Camp

Victory Bible Camp is one of two camps which are operated by Victory Ministries of Alaska. The camp rests at the base of the Talkeetna Mountains along the river valley of the Matanuska River. From this retreat 95 miles northeast of Anchorage, the staff of Victory faithfully serve thousands of people yearly from Alaska and beyond. The grounds provide a rich combination of natural beauty, modern conveniences, and activities that help campers and guests gain a fresh focus on the important relationships that are part of their lives.

From various overnight camps on our property, outdoor adventure camps that explore all that Alaska has to offer, and CHA certified horsemanship camps, we offer a program for everyone from 2nd grade through high school.  If you’re looking for intentional training and discipleship, you might want to check out our Servant and Leadership Training (SALT) program for those 14-18. Too old for camp? No problem. We offer various counselor, leadership, and support positions in our summer programming as well.

Victory also has a 9-month gap year discipleship program called The Outpost. The program is for those 18-21 who are seeking to discover more about how God has designed them and what He may be calling them to.

In addition to Victory sponsored programs and retreats, we make our facilities available for groups to rent from August through May. If you’re looking for a location to hold an overnight event, Victory’s Conference Center could be the place you’re looking for. Contact us to check on availability.

Also, don’t forget to check out our sister camp in the Fairbanks area, Camp Li-Wa.
