Meet the Suttles Family

We’re Steve and Becky Suttles—married since 2003—and proud parents of four: Makayla, Michael, Emily, and Anna. And our family just got a little bigger with our granddaughter, sweet little Loretta.

Steve’s Story

Steve grew up going to church, but for many years, it was more routine than real. He tried doing things on his own, depending on his own strength, and living life by what he thought was right. Over time, though, he realized that wasn’t enough. He experienced a point where he truly saw how grace, forgiveness, and love in Jesus make a difference—not just for eternity, but here and now. That changed everything for him. Now his heart is fully given to sharing that good news, and he’s stepping into this next season with God’s leading.

Becky’s Story

Becky also grew up knowing about faith; she held on to a hope in God through ups and downs. But there was a time when faith felt more like something to do than someone to rely on. In her early adulthood, she faced seasons of doubt, struggle, and trying to do life in her own strength. God was patient—and persistent. Becky came to know more deeply that God isn’t just part of life; He is life. She discovered the peace and purpose that come from trusting Him in every moment. Now, she is passionate about walking in that trust and encouraging others to do the same.

What God’s Doing:

Steve is going up to Alaska as facilities director, and Becky alongside him, trusting God’s leading. We believe in the power of the gospel to change lives, and we’re ready for what He’s going to do—through the kids, through friendships, through everyday moments. We don’t know every detail of what the future holds, but we know the One who holds the future.
